Google 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) Deactivation

The
Google 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) system adds an extra layer of security to your account. However, in certain cases, users may need to
reset or deactivate their 2FA if they no longer have access to their Google Authenticator codes.
By following the steps below, you can
reset or deactivate the Google 2FA verification linked to your CoinTR account.
How to Deactivate Google 2FA

Go to the CoinTR Login Page.

Enter your email address or phone number and password, then click the “Log In” button.

On the next screen, select “Didn’t receive the code?”

Then, click “Is the security element unavailable?”

On the warning screen that appears, click “Confirm.”

Check the box labeled “Google verification is unavailable, and I want to unlink Google Authenticator.”

To verify account ownership, enter the SMS verification code sent to your registered phone number and the 6-digit code sent to your registered email address.

(To receive the codes, click the “Send” button to trigger the verification.)

Answer the security questions displayed on the next screen, upload the requested documents, and start the reset process.
Review Process and Security Policy
Your 2FA reset request will be reviewed by our relevant departments within
one business day. Once the process is complete, you will be notified via
email or
SMS.
Important: Due to CoinTR’s security policies,
withdrawal transactions are disabled for 24 hours after any changes to security settings. This rule is automatically applied to protect user assets and prevent unauthorized access.
If You Have Lost Access to Multiple Security Settings
If you have lost access to more than one security method (for example, both SMS and Google Authenticator), you must complete a
live verification process to confirm account ownership. In this case, our support team will assist you. You can reach us via
live chat or by emailing
