SMS Verification Code

If you are not receiving the SMS verification code when trying to log in to your CoinTR account, you can follow the steps below to resolve the issue. Please note that each SMS verification code is valid for 10 minutes.
 

Check Your Number and Code Entry

  • Make sure you have entered your phone number correctly when logging into your account.
  • Try requesting the verification code multiple times.
    • The system reactivates the “Send Code” button every 120 seconds.
    • Each new code request is automatically sent through a different service provider.
 

Check Your Device and Application Settings

  • Ensure that no third-party applications on your phone are blocking SMS messages.
  • If you are using a mobile device, switch your internet connection (Wi-Fi ↔ Mobile Data).
  • Close all active sessions on other devices.
  • If you are logging in through a browser, try using a browser that has not been used for CoinTR before, or open an incognito (private) window.
  • Restart the device you are using to log in.
  • Make sure that you are using the latest version of the CoinTR mobile app.

 

Check Alternative Platforms

  • Verify whether the SMS verification code has been delivered through another platform (for example, the mobile app or web browser).
 

If the Issue Persists

If you have completed all of the above steps but still do not receive the CoinTR SMS verification code, please contact our support team so that we can check the issue with our service provider.
