Change the Account Email / Phone Number

If you do not have access to the email address or phone number registered to your CoinTR account, you can securely reset your account by following the steps below. These steps cover the
CoinTR email change and
phone number reset processes.
Step-by-Step Reset Process

Log in to your account.

Enter the email address or phone number and password associated with your CoinTR account, then click the “Log In” button.

On the next screen, click the “Didn’t receive the code?” option.

Then, select the “Is the security item unavailable?” option in the following window.

On the warning screen that appears, click “Confirm.”

Choose the security setting you wish to reset.

To verify account ownership, enter the verification code sent to your phone number or email address. (You need to click the “Send” button to receive the code.)

If 2FA (Google Authenticator) is enabled on your account, enter the code generated by the app in the relevant field.

Answer the security questions displayed on the screen and upload the requested documents to start the reset process.
Application Review Process
Your request will be reviewed within
1 business day. Once the process is completed, you will be notified via
email or
SMS.
Note: Due to security policies,
withdrawal transactions cannot be made for 24 hours following any change to a security element.
If You Have Lost Access to Multiple Security Settings
If you have lost access to more than one security setting at the same time, a
live verification process is required to confirm account ownership.
