I’m Not Receiving the Email Verification Code

If you are not receiving the email verification code when trying to log in to your CoinTR account, you can follow the steps below to resolve the issue. Please note that each email verification code is valid for 10 minutes.
 

Check Your Email Address and Information

  • Make sure you have entered your email address correctly when logging into your account.
  • Check that your email service provider is not blocking emails sent by CoinTR.
  • If necessary, manually add do-not-reply@send002.cointr.com to your email application.
  • Check all categories in your inbox (Updates, Important, Promotions, Spam, etc.).
 

Try Resending the Code

  • Try requesting the verification code multiple times.
    • The system reactivates the “Send Code” button every 120 seconds.
    • Each new code request is automatically sent through a different service provider.
 

Check Your Device and Connection Settings

  • Make sure that no third-party applications on your phone are blocking incoming emails.
  • If you are using a mobile device, switch your internet connection (Wi-Fi ↔ Mobile Data).
  • Close all active sessions if any are open.
  • If you are logging in through a browser, try using a browser that has not been used before or open an incognito (private) window.
  • Restart the device you are using to log in.
  • Make sure that you are using the latest version of the CoinTR mobile app.
 

Check Alternative Platforms

  • Check whether the email verification code has been delivered through another platform (for example, the mobile app or web browser).
 

If the Problem Persists

If you have completed all of the above steps but still do not receive the CoinTR email verification code, please contact our support team so that we can perform the necessary checks with our service provider.
