How to Obtain Residence Certificate from e-Devlet?

Cryptocurrency exchanges use dual verification methods to ensure user security and reduce fraudulent activities.
To prevent identity forgery, you must complete the identity verification steps in your crypto account. To find the document code that appears during the verification steps, you can follow the instructions below.
 

To obtain a Residence Certificate:

  1. Log in to the e-Government Gateway (e-Devlet Kapısı).
You can log in using your Turkish ID number and e-Government password. Alternatively, you can also use mobile signature, electronic signature, or internet banking options.
  1. Type “ Yerleşim Yeri (İkametgâh)” into the search bar and click it.

  1. Read and approve the information text, then click the “Continue” button.
  2. Indicate that you want to obtain the document for yourself.
  3. In the “Reason for Issuing the Document” section, select the appropriate option: • Institution request • Personal request
  4. Click the “ Query” (Sorgula) button.
  5. The system will provide the barcode-based residence certificate in PDF format.
  6. Enter the barcode number located at the top right into the required field to complete your identity verification process.
