World Cup Excitement Campaign Rules & General Conditions

• Campaign Period: May 11, 2026 17:00 – June 11, 2026 23:59 (UTC+3)
• This campaign is valid for new and existing users who register on CoinTR and explicitly opt-in to the campaign during the campaign period.

Participation

• Users must click the “Join” button on the campaign page in order to participate in the campaign.
• Only users who complete campaign registration are eligible for gifts.
• This campaign cannot be combined with any other campaign or promotion.

Campaign Mechanism

• This campaign is based on a cumulative trading volume (TV) gift system.
• Users qualify for gifts based on their total spot trading volume during the campaign period.
• Gifts are non-cumulative; each user is only eligible to receive the highest tier gift achieved.

Trading Volume Calculation

• Included: Spot trading volume (buy + sell)
• Excluded:
  • Wash trading
  • Internal transfers
  • Bot activity
  • Zero-fee trading pairs (if applicable)

Eligibility & Restrictions

• Individual users may participate in the campaign. Different trading volume conditions apply to institutional (KYB/KA) users.
• Institutional (KYB/KA) users may participate in the campaign; however, their trading volume requirements are 5 times higher than standard users.
• Market Maker (MM) users are not allowed to participate in the campaign.
• Users engaging in the following activities will be disqualified from the campaign:
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Using another person’s account
  • Providing false identity information
  • Artificial volume generation, wash trading, or suspicious activities
• CoinTR reserves the right to disqualify users where deemed necessary.

Gift Distribution

• Users who are eligible for physical gifts must claim their gifts on the campaign page and provide complete shipping details within 7 days following the end of the campaign.
• Gift entitlements that are not claimed within this period or for which shipping details are not completed may be deemed invalid.
• Physical gifts will be distributed within 14 business days after the 7-day claim period ends, subject to the completion of risk review and required verifications.
• Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
• Any tax obligations arising from gifts received under this campaign are the sole responsibility of the user.

Risk Review Process

• At the end of the campaign, the final winner list will be submitted to the Risk Control team prior to distribution.
• Additional checks may be conducted for users with high trading volumes, including:
  • Wash trading detection
  • Account linkage analysis
  • KYC verification
• Gifts will only be distributed after Risk Control approval.

Grand Gift – World Cup Experience

• Round-trip economy class flight tickets
• Accommodation at a 3- or 4-star hotel
• Match tickets
• Airport and local transfers
• Lunch and dinner included within the official program
• Travel arrangements organized by CoinTR
• Any expenses outside the scope of the program (including but not limited to personal expenses, upgrades, additional meals, insurance, etc.) will be the responsibility of the user.
• Winning users agree to sign a liability waiver regarding any risks that may arise during travel.

General Conditions

• CoinTR will monitor user activities throughout the campaign period.
• CoinTR reserves the right to cancel, extend, modify, or terminate the campaign.
• CoinTR reserves the right to make the final interpretation of the campaign.

• Participation in the grand gift is subject to the user obtaining a valid visa and fulfilling all travel requirements. CoinTR is not responsible for any inability to travel due to visa rejection, delays, official restrictions, or other external factors.
• CoinTR reserves the right to replace the grand gift with an alternative gift of equivalent value or cancel the benefit if necessary.
• CoinTR shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill campaign obligations due to force majeure events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, official decisions, or transportation disruptions.
• CoinTR shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage occurring during travel.
• Gifts have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into monetary equivalents.
• CoinTR reserves the right to evaluate eligibility, disqualify participants, and modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign.

Acceptance

• Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
