Participation Requirements

To participate, users must share a video filmed in front of a CoinTR ad screen located in the campaign locations specified in the campaign terms, while the advertisement is visible on screen, using the hashtag #ArdaBegenirseMadrid from a public social media account.

Posts shared without the hashtag or from private accounts cannot be accessed and therefore will not be eligible for participation in the campaign.

This campaign is organized by CoinTR Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu A.Ş., acting as the organizer and domiciled at MASLAK MH. BİLİM SK. SUN PLAZA BLOK NO:5A/20 SARIYER, TÜRKİYE. Official announcements regarding the campaign will only be made through cointr.com and CoinTR’s official Instagram/TikTok accounts.
This campaign is not a lottery, sweepstake, raffle, or chance-based reward campaign. Winners are not determined randomly. The campaign is a content competition based on participants creating creative short-form videos. Among the eligible videos submitted in compliance with the rules, the winning video will be selected by Arda Güler.
The campaign is not organized by Real Madrid C.F. and does not constitute an official club campaign.
The campaign begins on 11.05.2026 and ends on 31.05.2026. Posts shared outside this period, from private accounts, or later deleted/hidden may not be considered. All times are evaluated based on Türkiye time.
The campaign is open to real persons who comply with the age and usage requirements of the relevant TikTok or Instagram platform. Participants under the age of 18 must obtain parental/legal guardian consent to participate. If the selected participant is under 18 years old, the prize trip may only be redeemed accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. The organizer, agencies involved in the campaign, employees, first-degree relatives, and individuals directly involved in the execution of the campaign may not participate.
During the campaign period, participants must creatively use one of CoinTR’s 3D anamorphic screens in a short video and share the video publicly on their TikTok or Instagram Reels account. The post must include the hashtag #ArdaSecerseMadrid and tag the official @CoinTR account. Participants must keep their post publicly visible until the selection process is completed. Participants may submit multiple videos; however, each participant may win only one prize.
Opening a CoinTR account, downloading the CoinTR app, buying/selling crypto assets, depositing funds, conducting transactions, generating trading volume, becoming a customer, or referring others is not required for participation. Fulfilling any of these conditions does not affect the likelihood of winning or Arda Güler’s selection.
Videos must be original, created by the participant, and compliant with public order and general morality. They must not violate third-party personal rights, privacy rights, trademark/copyright rights, or platform rules. Videos may not contain investment advice, crypto trading guidance, profit/loss guarantees, price targets, promises of additional income, misleading financial statements, or calls to trade on CoinTR.
Participants are responsible for their own safety, the safety of those around them, and compliance with public space regulations during filming. Videos that disrupt traffic, pedestrian flow, public transportation order, or public order; encourage throwing objects at animals, people, or vehicles; involve unauthorized private property/drone filming; or contain dangerous behavior may be disqualified. Obtaining all necessary permissions from individuals appearing in the video is the participant’s responsibility.
At the end of the campaign period or on the evaluation date specified in the campaign announcement, the Organizer will only conduct participation and eligibility checks. Eligible videos will then be presented to Arda Güler for evaluation. The winner will be the participant whose video is selected by Arda Güler. Likes, comments, shares, views, follower count, or engagement metrics are not selection criteria. Arda Güler’s decision is final, and no random draw or lottery will be conducted.
Participants’ usernames, social media account information, video content, contact details, as well as limited identity and travel information required for prize organization may be processed for the purposes of conducting the campaign, performing eligibility checks, organizing the prize experience, and fulfilling applicable legal obligations. Personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with agencies engaged for campaign organization, travel and accommodation providers, legal and consultancy service providers, Arda Güler’s representatives, and legally authorized institutions and authorities.
The selected participant will be contacted within [5] business days via CoinTR’s official account or registered communication channels. If the participant fails to respond on time, fails to provide eligibility documents, cannot obtain parental/legal guardian consent if under 18, cannot provide required travel documents, or is found to have violated the rules, the selected video may be deemed invalid. In such case, Arda Güler may select another eligible video or the campaign may conclude without awarding a prize.
The grand prize is a Real Madrid C.F. match viewing experience in Madrid, designated by the Organizer, for the selected participant. The prize package will additionally be announced by the Organizer and may include [round-trip economy airfare], [accommodation], [match ticket], [local transportation], and [travel insurance]. If the selected participant is under 18 years old, the prize package will be arranged to include a parent/legal guardian companion. No guarantee is given regarding the player’s inclusion in the squad, playing time, appearance on the field, or the outcome of the match.
The prize cannot be converted into cash, crypto assets, vouchers, or any other benefit; it is non-transferable and may not be sold. The participant and/or parent/legal guardian are responsible for passport, visa, travel authorization, health requirements, parental consent, and similar travel obligations. The Organizer reserves the right to change the prize date or provide an equivalent experience due to match schedules, ticket availability, weather conditions, travel restrictions, security concerns, or force majeure events.
Participants’ usernames, contact details, identity information, and limited travel-related information may be processed for the purposes of campaign administration, eligibility verification, winner notification, prize organization, announcements, and compliance with legal obligations. Personal data may be shared, where necessary, with travel agencies, ticket/accommodation providers, legal advisors, Arda Güler’s representatives, and legally authorized authorities. Detailed information will be provided via the KVKK Privacy Notice.
By participating in the campaign, participants grant the Organizer a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, time-limited [duration] license to use their video and username in campaign communications across social media, digital channels, outdoor advertising, and printed materials. This permission does not transfer ownership of the video. For participants under 18 years old, such permission is subject to parental/legal guardian approval.
This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, or Meta. Real Madrid C.F., the relevant league, stadium, ticket providers, and other third-party brands are not organizers or sponsors of the campaign unless explicitly stated otherwise. Third-party trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
The Organizer may request additional information due to legal obligations, sanctions list checks, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing controls, or other compliance requirements. Providing false information, using fake accounts, platform manipulation, copyright/trademark infringement, dangerous content, or violating the rules may result in disqualification.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend campaign terms, postpone, suspend, or cancel the campaign due to legal, technical, operational, security, or force majeure requirements. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable mandatory legal provisions remain reserved.
The campaign is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules arising from consumer legislation, relevant consumer arbitration committees and courts shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
