How to Withdraw TRY on the Web?

You can complete your Turkish Lira (TRY) withdrawal quickly, securely, and in just a few steps through the CoinTR web platform. The guide below explains all the steps you need to follow during the TRY withdrawal process in detail.
 

Step 1: Log In to Your Account & Go to the “Assets” Menu

  • Open the CoinTR website in your browser.
  • Log in using your email address or phone number.
  • After completing the security verifications, you can access your account.
  • Click the Assets section located in the top menu on the homepage. Here, you can view all your assets and initiate withdrawal transactions.
 

Step 2: Open the “Withdraw” Page & Enter the Amount You Want to Withdraw

  • Click the Withdraw option from the left-hand menu.
  • On the right side of the screen, select TRY (Turkish Lira) as the currency.
  • Enter the withdrawal amount in the relevant field.
  • If applicable, the transaction fee, minimum withdrawal limit, and total details will be displayed on this screen.
  • Click the Send / Submit button to continue.
 

Step 3: Select Your Bank Account

Select the bank account you will use for the TRY withdrawal. If your bank account is not visible: This means you have not previously deposited TRY into your account.
In this case:
  • Go to the Deposit page.
  • Make a one-time TRY deposit.
After the first deposit transaction, your IBAN account will automatically be registered in the system.
Important: TRY withdrawals can only be made to a bank account belonging to the user. Make sure your IBAN and account details are correct.
Finally, review the details on the Confirm Withdrawal screen and approve the transaction.
 

Step 4: Processing Time

Once your TRY withdrawal request is created, the transfer is generally sent to the bank within a few minutes. However, the processing time may vary depending on:
  • Bank workload
  • EFT / wire transfer type

Yes. You can submit a TRY withdrawal request on CoinTR 24/7.
  • Wire transfers: Usually processed instantly.
  • EFT transactions: Processed only during banking hours. Requests made outside business hours are completed on the next working day.

My TRY withdrawal has not arrived in my bank account. What should I do?

Check the following points:
  1. Bank processing times
    1. EFT outside business hours → processed on the next business day.
    2. Wire transfers → run 24/7 but delays may occur due to high traffic.
  2. Incorrect IBAN / account information
    1. Make sure the information you entered is correct.
  3. Bank workload
    1. Contact your bank to check the status of the transfer.
