How to Start OTC Trading as a Provider?

The
CoinTR OTC (Over-the-Counter) service allows users to perform USDT–TRY transactions by submitting and receiving private offers from providers. Users who want to become providers can submit OTC quotes after meeting certain requirements.
The guide below explains in detail the process of becoming an OTC provider on CoinTR and how to submit offers.
How to Become an OTC Provider?
To become an OTC provider on CoinTR, follow these steps:

Register on CoinTR
If you do not have an account on the platform,
register one and log in.

Complete KYC Levels Verification
Ensure that your account has all
KYC Levels verification. OTC provider features cannot be activated without completing identity verification.

Contact Us for Provider Requirements
Send an email to
otcsupport@cointr.com to receive information about the requirements and process for becoming a provider.

Wait for a Response From the OTC Team
After your application, the OTC team will send you an email with details about the requirements and the next steps.
How to Submit an Offer as a Provider?
To submit an offer as a CoinTR OTC provider, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Access the OTC Page
Go to the OTC platform:
https://www.cointr.com/en/otc/merchant

Step 2: Click the “Order List” Tab
In this section, you can view active customer orders.
Note: If a user requests a quote from you, you will also receive an email notification. The link in the email will direct you to the corresponding order list.

Step 3: Submit Your Offer
Click the
“Request a Quote” button to start the quote process.

Step 4: Check the Price Difference Restriction
Ensure that the difference between your quoted price and the current market price does not exceed
0.5%. Quotes exceeding this limit will not be accepted by the system.

Step 5: Send the Offer
Enter the price you want to offer in the
“Quote” field and send it by clicking
Confirm.
Important: You must submit your offer within
5 minutes after the quote request is received. Otherwise, the request will be automatically canceled.

Step 6: Completion of the Transaction
If the counterparty (customer) accepts your offer, the OTC transaction will be completed successfully.
