How to Obtain a Residence Certificate via e-Devlet

 1. Log in to the e-Devlet (e-Government) Portal.

➤ You can log in using your Turkish ID number and e-Devlet password. Alternatively, you may use mobile signature, electronic signature, or internet banking options.

 2. Read and approve the information text, then click the “Continue” button.

 3. Indicate that you want to obtain the certificate for yourself.

 4. In the “Reason for Requesting the Document” section, select the appropriate option:
 • Institutional request
 • Personal request

 5. Click the “Query” button.

 6. The system will generate a PDF version of the residence certificate with a barcode.

 7. To verify your identity, you can enter the barcode number located in the top-right corner of the document into the relevant field.
