CoinTR Gift Center

• The CoinTR Gift Center is an always-on engagement feature available to eligible CoinTR users. By participating in the Gift Center, users acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• The Gift Center enables users to get points by completing designated platform activities (including but not limited to daily check-ins, trading, deposits, and other defined actions) and to redeem such points for gifts within the CoinTR platform.
• Points are non-monetary, non-transferable, and have no cash, fiat, or cryptocurrency value. Points cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or converted into any form of financial asset and are valid only within the CoinTR ecosystem.
• Point getting rules, including but not limited to task types, gift amounts, thresholds, and eligibility criteria, are determined solely by CoinTR and may vary by user segment, campaign period, or system configuration.
• Certain tasks may be subject to:
  • Daily or periodic participation limits
  • Minimum action requirements (e.g., trading volume, deposit amount)
  • One-time or repeatable completion rules
• Points are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Expired points will be permanently forfeited and will not be reinstated.
• Users may redeem accumulated points for gifts available in the Gift Center.
• gifts are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity. CoinTR reserves the right to modify, replace, or remove any gift at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Each gift may include specific conditions, including but not limited to:
  • Usage requirements
  • Validity period
  • Product-specific terms
• gifts must be used within their designated validity period (default: 7 days unless otherwise stated). Unused gifts will automatically expire.
• Staking coupons and similar gifts:
  • Do not represent ownership of any underlying asset
  • Provide benefits strictly based on predefined campaign conditions
  • May generate gifts according to a specified rate and duration
  • After the coupon is received, your withdrawable bonus becomes available for use after being staked in on-chain earn for 24 hours.
• gift distribution is subject to successful task completion, redemption confirmation, and internal system and risk control checks. Distribution may not be immediate.
• Participation is limited to users who:
  • Have completed registration and KYC verification
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and CoinTR policies
• Only individual users are eligible. Institutional accounts, sub-accounts, and users under special fee arrangements may be excluded at CoinTR’s discretion.
• User activities are continuously monitored. CoinTR reserves the right to disqualify users and take appropriate actions in cases including, but not limited to:
  • Multi-account usage
  • Use of another person’s identity
  • Submission of false or misleading information
  • Artificial volume generation or wash trading
  • Exploitation of system vulnerabilities or campaign abuse
  • Money laundering or other suspicious or unlawful activities
• CoinTR may restrict or suspend participation where multiple accounts are linked via shared indicators such as devices, IP addresses, or wallet addresses.
• CoinTR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
  • Deduct points or revoke gifts
  • Delay, adjust, or cancel gift distribution
  • Suspend or terminate user participation
  • Take any necessary action without prior notice
• CoinTR reserves the right to suspend or revoke points and gifts in cases of abnormal, manipulative, or abusive behavior.
• Tasks, point values, gift structures, and redemption ratios (including point conversion logic) may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• CoinTR reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Gift Center feature, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
• CoinTR shall not be held liable for:
  • System delays or interruptions
  • Network or infrastructure issues
  • Force majeure events
  • Technical errors affecting participation or gift distribution
• In the event of system errors, CoinTR reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies related to points, gifts, or user balances.
• Participation is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to AML/CFT requirements and relevant local regulatory frameworks.
• CoinTR may request additional verification or documentation at any time to ensure compliance.
• CoinTR reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Participation in the Gift Center constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
